lever.js is a collection of software tools for visualization and interaction with live cell & organelle microscopy image data. the software includes radically improved segmentation and tracking algorithms for multichannel 3-D and 2-D microscopy images, and a new architecture for learning from the data.

Please note lever.js is not yet publicly released. This website, and the accompanying gitlab source code are intended only for development use by drexel internal select external collaborators. The software is not licensed for download or use.  For more detail, see the license file in the gitlab repo.

If you are not a reviewer or a collaborator who has been invited to view this site, and you’re interested in the software, please reach out to me. We are actively seeking new collaborators to help with the development / test of the new software.
